4. Payment

Payment terms will be outlined at the time of your quote. East Coast Epoxy reserves the right to require a deposit before scheduling or commencing work. All outstanding balances are due upon completion of the project unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for clearing the project area of all vehicles, furniture, belongings and obstructions prior to the scheduled installation date. East Coast Epoxy is not responsible for any damage to items left in the work area. Customers must ensure that the work area is accessible and safe for our team to operate in.

6. Warranty

East Coast Epoxy stands behind the quality of its work. Any warranty terms will be communicated at the time of your quote. Warranties do not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper maintenance, heavy impact, chemical spills or conditions outside of our control. Surface preparation requirements must be followed by the customer to maintain warranty coverage.

7. Limitation of Liability

East Coast Epoxy shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability in connection with any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service in question.
